When you browse our site, we collect device and browser information, pages visited, and IP address via Google Analytics. If you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address and may track open and click rates via Klaviyo.

Orders and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely — we do not store card details.
Shipping
Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $69. Standard delivery 3–7 business days. Express available at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.
Product information
We represent our products accurately. Skincare results vary between individuals. Daily Defence is not TGA-registered as a sunscreen and does not carry an SPF rating.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our 30-Day Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Daily Defence for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — no questions asked. You do not need to return the product.

How refunds work
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Australian Consumer Law
Your purchase is also protected by the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to perform as expected, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of our store policy — including repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the problem.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly.
Change of mind after 30 days
Outside of our 30-day guarantee window, change-of-mind returns are handled at our discretion.
